  • We deliver using trusted local courier Kex Express logistic partner.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 business days

    • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 business days

  • For international shipping, delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and package weight.

  • Once orders are handed over to the courier, any delays, damages, or lost parcels are under the responsibility of the courier company.

  • If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the re-delivery fee will be borne by the customer.
