Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Terms and Conditions:

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition — clean, unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, perfume, or damage.
• All original price tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached.
• Items that have been altered or modified in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale or promotional items, including those sold at a markdown due to defects, are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items may be exchanged for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference will be charged accordingly.
• Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only.
• Exchanges are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations cannot be made.

Process:

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our website live chat or email us at support@shawlpublika.com. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Timeline:

• After we receive your returned parcel, please allow 1–3 working days for processing and redelivery. Our Customer Service team will keep you updated via email throughout the process.

Charges:

• If the return is due to a voluntary exchange, customers are responsible for all postage fees incurred for returning or re-shipping items.
• In cases where the return is due to an error on our part, Shawlpublika will cover the return and redelivery fees.

Defective or Wrong Items:

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@shawlpublika.com within 3 days of receiving your package.
• Kindly include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photos for verification.
• Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
• Our team will review your case and assist you with an exchange or replacement as soon as possible.

Exceptional Cases:

We strive to ensure every order is fulfilled accurately and to your satisfaction. However, in the following exceptional cases, customers may request an exchange or refund:

1. Out of Stock Item The item purchased is no longer in stock due to a technical glitch or inventory error on our website.
2. Incorrect or Incomplete Item You have received the wrong item or your order is missing components.
3. Defective Item You have received a damaged or defective item.

Refund Timeline:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of confirmation.
• This applies to all payment methods offered on our website. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us directly to discuss your case. Our customer service team will assess your request and assist you further.

Customers may request an exchange for another item of equal or higher value.

1. If the replacement item costs more than the original purchase, the price difference will be charged.
2. If no suitable replacement is available or preferred, a refund will be processed according to our refund policy.   
   • Refund requests must be made within 3 days from the date of receiving the item.
   • For defective or wrongly received items, the product must be returned to us before the refund can be initiated.

• Shawlpublika Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject any refund, exchange or return request that does not comply with the above conditions.
