Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy – Shawlpublika Sdn. Bhd.

At Shawlpublika Sdn. Bhd., we value our customers and strive to provide you with quality products. Please review our updated return and exchange terms below:

 1. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving your order.   
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Only one-time exchange is permitted per order.
  • Sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Returns for refund are not accepted (exchange only).

 2. Exchange Process

  • Customers must contact our customer service team at WhatsApp  within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) must be provided.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

 

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
  • If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be provided.


4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that have been used, stained, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items.
  • Hijabs, shawls, or accessories due to hygiene reasons (unless defective or incorrect).

5. Shawlpublika’s Rights

Shawlpublika Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with the above conditions.
